Holding the Judiciary and Lawyers Accountable
Ohio's legal system is in crisis, with unethical, criminal, and immoral behavior plaguing the professional legal community. Ohioans have lost trust in the system, and the Ohio Supreme Court, responsible for policing and licensing lawyers, appears to be asleep at the wheel. It's time for reform, including the creation of popularly elected at-large judges and prosecutors, as well as Guardian Ad Litem reform to reduce the harm caused by high-conflict divorces. Our proposed solution includes three types of GALs - investigator, evaluator, and advocate - and an annual vote of confidence for legal professionals within the government. Join us in advocating for change and restoring trust in the Ohio legal system.
